By accessing or purchasing from voidscripts.store ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
VOID ZEN sells digital scripts ("Scripts") designed for use with the Cronus Zen device. Scripts are delivered digitally via Discord after purchase. All products are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to purchase. By purchasing you represent that you meet this requirement.
Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Script for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, or share the Script files without explicit written permission, except where a reselling license is explicitly included in the product.
We make reasonable efforts to keep Scripts updated after game patches. However, we do not guarantee that Scripts will remain functional after third-party updates (game patches, firmware changes). Patch support is provided on a best-effort basis.
You agree not to use Scripts in ways that violate the terms of service of any game or platform. VOID ZEN is not responsible for account bans or penalties resulting from use of our products.
All Scripts, content, and branding on the Site are the property of VOID ZEN / NEXORA. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOID ZEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in good faith where possible.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once access has been delivered.
Our products are digital goods (scripts, access credentials) that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available with the consumer's prior express consent.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or store credit in the following cases:

You can cancel your Void Pass subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. No refund is issued for the current billing period already paid.
VOID ZEN (operated by NEXORA) is the data controller for information collected on voidscripts.store. Contact us via Discord for any privacy-related requests.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Purchase and billing data is retained for 7 years as required by accounting regulations. Affiliate data is retained for the duration of your participation plus 2 years. You can request deletion of your affiliate account data at any time by contacting us on Discord.

We use localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store your affiliate referral code for 30 days. This is strictly functional and does not require consent under ePrivacy rules for functional storage. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe and we never store raw card details. Sensitive data is stored in Supabase with row-level security policies.
